The Website is owned and operated by Calypso Networks Association ABSL, with registered office at Rue Royale 76, 1000 Brussels, Belgium and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0862.030.981, and with VAT BE0862.030.981 (“Calypso“, “CNA“, “we“, “us” or “our“). This Website is hosted by OVH.

By accessing and using the Website you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the Terms and to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Website.

We try, as far as possible, to keep our services accessible to a maximum of Clients 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. In case of an interruption, we will take all the necessary action which we consider being the most adequate to remedy such interruption as soon as possible.

We reserve the right, at any given time and without any notice, to interrupt the access to the Website for technical or other reasons without being held responsible for such interruptions and consequences that might result from them for you or third parties.

f these Terms or any part of them should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then to the extent that they are so illegal, invalid or unenforceable, they shall be treated as severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining Terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Calypso will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Certain files of information are available for download from the Website. These files of Information are subject to these Terms and in particular section 6 Intellectual Property.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of dispute relating to these Terms, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. The Courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably.
