CNA offers three different types of membership. To apply, click here.

EFFECTIVE MEMBERSHIP

This membership is appropriate for local or transit authorities, ticketing system operators, and organisations deploying Calypso media for end-users (i.e. transport operators, service providers, bank or mobile phone operators, etc.)

ADHERING MEMBERSHIP

This membership is appropriate for providers of Calypso-based solutions (i.e. IC manufacturers, card embedders, terminal providers, fare collection integrator, software providers, etc.) or consultancies helping users to implement Calypso.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

Both Effective and Adhering members can upgrade to a Gold membership to receive additional benefits and support.

Membership fees

Membership to CNA is secured through an annual fee. Payment is due in full once membership is approved, and at the start of each calendar year from there onwards.

CNA is a not-for-profit organisation and delivering value to members will always remain a priority. To promote and encourage access to the association, the statutes of CNA contain a clear policy on membership fees, with a limit on future increases.

Once submitted, each application is carefully reviewed by the Board of Directors. CNA aims to respond to applications within ten working days.
