CNA publishes its 2021 Activity Report

The latest CNA Activity Report summarises the association’s major developments and achievements over the past 12 months, demonstrating resilience and innovation during another challenging year for public transport.

Some of the many achievements that made 2021 another dynamic and successful year included:
- Adding 14 new members, taking our global membership to over 110
- Launching Eclipse Keyple 2.0, the open source software development kit (SDK) supporting innovation and flexibility for ticketing software developers
- Significant enhancements to the Calypso functional and security certification programme
- Engaging with members and the wider industry with a return to face-to-face events
We’d like to thank our global team, Board and members for their hard work and dedication in delivering another successful year building a smarter future for ticketing shaped by the community, for the community, and supporting a new era for transit and urban mobility.
