5th Annual Ticketing Innovations Summit: Berlin, 23-24 September 2021
Our General Secretary, Ralph Gambetta is chairing this two-day event dedicated to discussing and showcasing the latest ticketing innovations to advance ticketing.
Alongside chairing the two-day event, Ralph will moderate a panel where Dave Roat from Cubic Transportation Systems, Ben Whitaker from Masabi, and Katja Kienzl, from Infinion Technologies will discuss whether transit technology is moving towards a subscription model.

National Meeting of Public Transport (Rencontres Nationales du Transport Public – RNTP): Toulouse, France, 28-30 September 2021
If you fancy a bit of ‘Saucisse de Toulouse’, why not come and visit us at the Rencontres Nationales du Transport Public from 28th to the 30th September, where the focus will not only be to experience the best sausages in the world, but also to discuss the future of smart mobility and urban environments. CNA will host in its booth network members ADCET, who will present the multiservice standard and discuss the synergy of these solutions. We look forward to seeing you in Toulouse.
Calypso User Days – postponed to Q1 2022
Following member feedback that extra time is needed to organise travel plans, CNA’s User Day, which was due to be held in October 2021 has been postponed to Q1 2022. New details will be announced later in 2021, in the meantime, stay up to date.
Calypso Tech Day: Mexico – November 2021
The next in our ever-popular series of Calypso Tech Days will take place in November (day TBC). Focussing on the Mexico region, this virtual, Spanish-language interactive session will educate the regional ticketing community on Calypso. It will also showcase a case study of Mexico City’s (CDMX) transport ticketing success story, which you can find out more about in our recent blog. Register your interest.
Open Tech Day + Open Session: Paris, France, 1st December 2021
In December, we will host our Open Tech Day, combined with our traditional Open Session. The day is open to all our members and partners, many of who will also be attending Trustech.
Open Tech Day will be an opportunity to hear success stories in the ticketing ecosystem from our members and partners. Sign up for our newsletter to keep updated about Open Tech Day.
- Open Tech Day – we will discuss the technical aspects and the evolution and the next steps of the Calypso standard based on the activities of the working groups and is open to everyone who is interested in this topic.
- Open Session – this is only available to CNA members and partners and will conclude with an evening drinks reception.
Village de l’Innovation VRT : Paris France, 9th December 2021
Finally, CNA will be attending the Village de l’innovation’, his high-profile event hosted by Ville, Rail et Transports that brings together more than 350 personalities including public authorities, PTOs, PTAs, public, private bodies and manufacturers. An unmissable event.
