This document describes all services available to Calypso Networks Association members. These services are part of CNA’s mission to promote sustainable ticketing by encouraging knowledge and experience sharing, industry competition and cost control over the entire system life cycle, contributing to cooperative innovation between users and suppliers, supporting standardization and open interface definition, and promoting open-source.These services include access to CNA working groups and all Calypso standard documentation, including guidelines, training, technical support, and strategic advice. Membership in CNA also allows you to participate in all events organized by the association and to benefit from a rich networking with users, suppliers and experts in the field.
