Document Summary
This licence defines the rules for the use and the redistribution of the Calypso Card Applet packages. It is intended for a party willing to get the Applet directly from CNA.Through this Agreement, CNA grants the licensee and its affiliated companies a worldwide, non-exclusive and nontransferable license to use the Applet during the term of the contract.
The license includes all rights required by the Licensee:
- to operate and use the Calypso Applet as part of its activities,
- to download the Calypso Applet into secure elements and to distribute it when loaded into secure elements,
- to allow its use by its customers.
